Image 37 shows Mr. Bush holding a document in each hand and looking down and reading the document in his right hand. Image 38 shows Mr. Bush looking down at a stack of papers in his left hand. Image 39 is similar to the previous image, but the photographer has lowered the camera slightly and moved closer to Mr. Bush. Image 40 is very similar to the previous image, but Mr. Bush's head is tilted more downward. Image 2 shows Mr. Bush holding his right hand up to his face. Image 3 shows Mr. Bush with his left forearm resting on the desk as he looks down to read a document that is laying on the desk.
