Scenery, 1973. These two black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show an area of cleared land. Image 22 shows a large area of bare dirt. Three tall evergreen trees are visible on the far side of the cleared area. Image 23 shows a large area of bare dirt. There is a pile of tree stumps and other debris at the left-hand edge of the image. Image 24 is similar to the previous image, but there is a large root or partially buried tree limb near the right-hand edge of the image. Image 25 shows a large area of bare dirt. There is an elevated roadway or railroad in the background with buildings on the far side. Image 26 shows a pile of tree debris at the bottom of the image. In the distance are several houses and two cars. Image 27 shows the pile of tree debris in the bottom left corner. The horizon is diagonal in this image. Image 28 shows a large area of bare dirt with long grass and grass stalks in the foreground. Image 29 shows a large area of bare dirt. In the left-hand foreground is a portion of a bush which resembles a rhodedendron.Made/Created
