The Huntamer Home, 1973. These three film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show two people (Thomas Huntamer and Kathryn Louise Huntamer) seated on a couch in their home in Lacey, WA. One of the images shows a gathering in what may or may not also be in the Huntamer's home. Image 1 shows Thomas Huntamer (glasses, diagonally-striped tie, 4-5 pens in shirt pocket) seated next to his wife, Kathryn Huntamer (horn-rimmed glasses, long-sleeved button-up blouse), on a couch in their home. They are in front of a window with a sheer curtain over it. In this image, Mr. Huntamer is closer to the camera, and he is looking toward the left-hand side of the image frame. Mrs. Huntamer is looking at Mr. Huntamer. Image 2 shows a similar scene, but the photographer has moved to their left so that now Mrs. Huntamer is closer to the camera. Image 3 is similar to the previous image, but the Huntamers are looking at each other. Image 4 is very similar to the previous image, but Mr. Huntamer is looking toward the camera. Image 5 shows Mrs. Huntamer tipping her head backward and to her left. She may be laughing. Mr. Huntamer is looking toward the camera. Image 6 shows Mrs. Huntamer speaking. Mr. Huntamer is laughing. Mr. Huntamer is closer to the camera in this image. Image 7 is very similar to the previous image, but both of the Huntamers have somewhat sad expressions on their faces. Image 8 shows the Huntamers looking at eachother. Mrs. Huntamer is shown in profile. Image 38 shows a man in a suit and tie holding a garment out in front of him. Several other people are nearby. There is a painting or photograph of a mountain landscape scene hanging on the wall in the background. Image 39 shows The Huntamers both looking at the camera. Mr. Huntamer is closer to the camera. Image 40 is very similar to the previous image, but Mr. Huntamer is facing forward and looking downward slightly.
