Dr. John Kapust, 1974. These two film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a dentist in a striped shirt and bowtie (Dr. John Kapust) examining a patient's mouth. Image 41 shows Dr. Kapust looking down towards the patient's face. Only the patient's head is visible in this image. Image 42 shows Dr. Kapust looking toward the camera and laughing. Image 43 shows Dr. Kapust holding a mouth mirror instrument in the patient's mouth. Image 44 shows Dr. Kapust looking down at a document which is held immediately next to the patient's head. This image is oriented vertically. Image 1 is very similar to the previous image, but this image is oriented horizontally. Image 2 is very similar to image 44, but the photographer has zoomed in on Dr. Kapust.
These images were created for inclusion in an article in the Lacey Leader newspaper highlighting Dr. John Kapust and his children's dental practice. (Lacey Leader, 3/6/1974, pg. 7)
