Description

Girl Scout Cookie Station, 1973. These two black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show two Girl Scouts (Lorrie Nerney [left] and Nancy Keever [right]) standing at a home's front door answered by a little boy (Scott Gilkey), and a cat climbing a tree. Image 12 shows a cat climbing up a coniferous tree. Image 13 shows Lorrie Nerney and nancy Keever) standing at a home's front door. A little boy is standing at the door of the home. Mounted on the wall is a sign which reads "COOKIE STATION." This image is oriented vertically. Image 14 is very similar to the previous image, but this image is oriented horizontally. Image 15 is nearly identical to image 14. Images 16 and 17 are nearly identical to image 13. Lorrie Nerney and nancy Keever were members of the Girl Scouts in 1973.
