Description

Black and white photo of Mary Lux on the floor of the Washington Legislature. She has medium length dark hair and is wearing a dark suit over a white blouse. She is holding a microphone. Sitting beside her is (probably) Charles Moon. He has dark hair and glasses and is wearing a dark suit over a white shirt and a bow tie. In front of Ms. Lux is a desk with a stature book, papers, pens, and lamps. In the opposite side of the desk are shelves and what appears to be session laws. On the same side of the desk are the names "Charles Moon Snohomish, part" and "Mary Stuart Lux Thurston". Other desks are visible, one having the name "S. W. Elicker, Island, Kitsap, part". Parts of other individuals are visible in the background. There are white borders on all sides with the side borders being larger. On the back is a stamp saying "This is a Greg Gilbert Photo 2514 South Columbia Street Olympia, Washington Phone 357-7175 'Photography with Originality'". In ink is "2 col". This image was probably published in the Lacey Leader newspaper.
