Black and white photo of part of the Dechutes fish hatchery at Tumwater Falls Park. The image shows many salmon swimming and thrashing in water that may be a holding tank or may be part of the fish ladder. On the left is a wall and a tool fastened to a block of wood. On the right is a grill such as those used to cover a fish ladder. There is a white border on all sides, and in the border in ink are marks to indicate where cropping of the image should occur. Also in the border are "7"" and "5"". On the back in ink is "92%", "71/2 x 5", "B [in a circle]", and "opened 9-3-68".
