Across the street is a vehicle parked in front of the building, parking meters, a road sign, low stone walls beyond a sidewalk, and awnings. the building itself is mostly a series of square balconies and railings with drapes, some open and some closed. A portion of the building is white in color and appearing to be made up of concrete blocks. The left side of the white portion has windows and upon the main portion are mounted signs that say "Governor House" and a square with a stylized "P" and "Prestige Inns". There are clouds in the background. There is a white border on all sides. On the back in ink is "57%". This image was probably published in the Lacey Leader newspaper.
