Lacey School 1st grade class from the 1919-1920 school year depicted in a black and white 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" photograph postcard. The front row is comprised of three boys and six girls, the second row two girls and seven boys, the third row six boys and five girls, the fourth row five boys and four girls, and the back row has seven boys and two girls. The group is pictured outside on the steps of the Lacey School. All students are standing. At the bottom of the image is written in white: "7103757". Ruth Heusman is possibly in the front row, third girl from the right
On the reverse is a pre-printed postcard with the words "POST CARD" at top left and below in smaller letters: "CORRESPONDENCE" at the left and "ADDRESS" at the right. In the upper right corner is a square which inside reads: "PLACE STAMP HERE" and the stamp area border is created by the word "AZO" with triangles stamped in the corner. In the upper right corner is written in pencil: "neg #3503" presumably by museum staff. On the right edge, written vertically in cursive pencil is: "1 grade 1921"Made/Created
