Description

Black and white photo of the communications laboratory at The Evergreen State College. A sidewalk starts in the foreground and extends to the rear. It is concrete with a brick border and brick crossing lines. To the right of the sidewalk are concrete walls surrounding a dirt area that has a large and small evergreen tree. A board has been affixed to the trunk of the large tree. At the left of the sidewalk are more walls and trees In the center of the image is the building. It has walls of concrete of various sizes that permit openings and extend at an angle in the background. Some of the openings appear to be for entrance doors and others for windows. A row of windows is visible near the top of the building. More trees are visible in the background. There is a white border on all sides with the side borders being larger. On the back in blue ink is "Evergreen's new Communications Laboratory Building opens for student use Sept. 1977". There is also rusty marks in the shape of a paper clip.
