The tower has four levels, the three at the bottom being enclosed on the left side and half enclosed on the right. At the top level is a clock face and hands. The time shown is about 11:15. There is a white border on all sides. On the back is a pasted-on paper on which is typed "Clock tower on Daniel J. Evans Library Building, Evergreen College.". On the paper in blue ink is "100%" and "K" in a circle, both crossed out with green ink. On the back of the print in green ink is "116%" crossed out and in red ink is "70%".
