Description

Easter Service, 1976. This single black and white film negative strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man in a bowtie and a nun posing together for photos inside the Washington State Capitol building. Image 10 shows the man and nun looking at eachother and laughing. The camera is looking up toward their faces. Image 11 is very similar to the previous image, but the man and nun are looking toward the camera and smiling. Image 12 is similar to image 11, but the photographer has moved to his left. A large, arched window is in the background just above the man and nun's heads. Image 13 is very similar to the previous image, but the photographer has moved backward and panned down slightly. The top of the window is outside the upper edge of the image frame. Image 14 shows the man and nun in a different part of the capitol. There are no windows visible, and the image is blurred. Image 15 shows the man and nun posing on a raised walkway with an eleaborate stone railing. Printed in alternation along the bottom edge of this film negative strip is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
