Girl Scout Cookies, 1976. These two black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show three Girl Scouts pretending to try to sell cookies to Lacey Mayor Karen Fraser. Image 43 shows Ms. Fraser with her right hand on her head and her left hand on her hip. Image 44 shows Ms. Fraser with her right hand on her head and her left hand pointing toward one of the boxes of cookies. Image 1 shows Ms. Fraser laughing with her hands held out and palms upward. Image 2 shows Ms. Fraser with her right hand on her chin and her left hand on her hip. Image 3 shows Ms. Fraser laughing with both hands behind her back. Image 4 shows Ms. Fraser with her left hand behind her back and pointing toward the cookies with her right hand. Image 5 is nearly identical to image 4. Printed in alternation along one long edge of both of these strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
