Capital Savings, 1976. These three black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a woman sitting at a desk in front of a desktop computer, a person seated at a desk with a brick wall behind them, a television set on a small table, and a man presenting another man with an award. Image 5 shows a woman wearing a horizontally-striped shirt seated at a desk and working at a desktop computer. The woman is facing the computer monitor, and no part of her face is visible. A wall-mounted thermostat is visible on the wall above the computer. Image 6 is very similar to the previous image, but here the photographer has panned upward slightly. A small portion of the right side of the woman's face is visible in this image. Image 7 is similar to the previous images, but here the woman has turned her head to look at the camera and smile. Image 8 shows the woman looking down at some paper documents on the desk while she types. Image 9 shows a person wearing a jacket seated at a desk with many booklets and other paper documents on it. The walls behind the person are brick. Images 10 and 11 are nearly identical to image 9. Image 12 shows a television set on a small table against a wall. Two chairs are partially visible, and these appear to be pushed up near a desk or table. This image is slightly blurry. Image 13 shows a man in a suit and tie handing a flat, rectangular object to a man with glasses wearing a plaid jacket and tie. The two men are also shaking hands, and both are looking toward the camera. Image 32 is similar to the previous image, but the man without glasses is looking toward the man with glasses. Image 33 shows the two men looking at each other.Made/Created
