Great Northern Railroad pottery sherd, probably from a piece of dining car china. Porous white ceramic has a clear glaze and the words "Great Northern Railroad" stamped in green. The rim on the base appears to make a small circle like that of a small plate. Shirley Binkley, the donor, found this at the railroad bridge in Steilacoom, WA while she was taking a walk.
