The item consists of a thick glass pedestal base and reservoir; both the base and reservoir flare and are fluted. The glass has some bubbles, and shows four molding lines. The reservoir and base were molded separately, as the lines do not line up. Some kerosene is still present inside the reservoir. A burner sits atop the reservoir. It is slightly bent to one side.
