Three pictures of Neil Good (Lacey Fire Department) presenting a large white cane and poster to Karen Fraser in front of the Lacey City Hall. The sign notes that the Lions Club is a sponsor of White Cane Day in Lacey along with a bank (one can only see the "YE" of the name of the sponsoring bank). Karen is wearing a smaller cane on a ceremonial tie. According to an inscription on the back of the photostrip the date is 6-2-1976 but nationally White Cane Day is celebrated on October 15.
