Construction of the Lacey Timberland Library in summer 1990, probably July or August. The color photographic print features a long view from "inside" the library toward the large window opening. The far wall is up as well as the structural posts and side rafters. There are two sets of scaffolding in the background and a large lift at right. There is one workman on the lift and another on the roof. Construction tools ans supplies can be seen on the floor at left. Large pine trees are visible behind the building.
