Negative is frame #8, fourth on a strip of five. Image includes a title below, "National Wood Pipe Co. and Pacific Tank Co.". Thin line around the image. Photo shows an aerial view of the National Wood Pipe Co. and Pacific Tank Co. on the Olympia waterfront at turn of the century. Image is poor quality since it came from a book. The frame number "8" is printed at the top side and "028" is written directly on the top of the negative.
Booklet belonged to Shanna Stevenson (in 1990). Marge Russell's name is written in ink on the front.
