A police officer is opening the back door behind the driver door and has a man in handcuffs that is assisting into the back of his car. The man to the left is wearing a striped polo shirt, blue jeans, and dark shoes. The police officer is in uniform and the man that is being placed in the car is wearing dark pants, a dark jacket and dark shoes. Behind them is a white building that has a sign that reads "St Martins College Bookstore."
