Description

The hanging component for a hanging lamp. The base plate appears to be brass. The pulley mechanism and chains are a darker metal. Two chains wrap around the pulley mechanism. A spinning brass indented washer(?) sits below the large ceiling hanging loop, which is pointed/shaped like an upside down V.
