Photo shows the Pumping Station, Olympia Water Works at turn of the century. Image is poor quality since it came from a book. The frame number "13" is printed at the top side and "023" is written directly on the top of the negative.
Booklet belonged to Shanna Stevenson (in 1990). Marge Russell's name is written in ink on the front.
