A hand-crank tape measure. There is a small amount of rust on the item, but the crank and tape do move freely. The outer case appears to be leather over metal. Barely legible, imprinted in the leather, is "Banner 50FT" on the front, and "L.O.E." is faintly imprinted twice on the back.
