Description

A square with a longer metal piece inset into a shorter metal piece. The pieces meet at a 90 degree angle. The shorter piece is much thicker than the longer piece, which is inset to provide a 45 degree angle (mitre). The longer piece is stamped “CHALLENGE CUTLERS CORP / PATENTED 1904 / BRIDGEPORT, CONN”. The item is rusted.
