(A) "WEAREVER/ ENGLISH FOLDING STYLE/ ICE CAP" in original box. Black and gray check cloth bag, rubberized inside. Metal opening. Screw-in, leak-proof cap with gasket. "WEAREVER" stamped in 3-D on top of cap. Underside of cap has "PAT." engraved in center. (B) Box in two pieces with blue, white and black label on lid of box with picture and description of ice bag.
