Victorian man's top hat box. Oval flush case hide leather case wwith saddle style lid. Lid has hinged leather strap, leather handle and metal lock. Marked: "Bennett & Fish, Cleveland, Ohio" on front and back. Inside lined with rose print material and has 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" tuffed satin pillow for rim of hat. Inside of led is a gold stamped monogram with circle and eagle "Bennett & Fish, Extra Quality No. 39 & 41 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio". Incised on botton: 4476. Inside cloth strap with metal closure to hold hat in place.Collection
