Description

White satin banner has a sleeve at the top for carrying the wood pole with brass finials. Banner has gold fringe at bottom, 2 bands of red satin on all 4 edges and a large purple star with blue satin stitch in the center. Copy reads, "Chapter 5, Willoughby, Blue Star, Mothers, of, America." Banner is backed in purple satin.
