White cotton bloomers that have satin stitch embroidery in scallop pattern around the legs. Each hip area has a stitched design of 3 flowers with branches and leaves. The right front hem has a manufacturer's number that hasn't been cut off. The waist has a stapled tag which reads, "L. BAMBERGER & CO., 126, 1.00." Bloomers have an elastic waist.
