A one quart, glass milk bottle w/raised lettering marked "one quart liquid", and in an oval "Kingwood, Mentor, Ohio". Bottle has large "K" on bottom; also has original cardboard cap in cream w/blue and red lettering "whole milk, 3.5% butterfat".
