Decorated in blue and red w/gold gilt.
Outside has blue line w/tiny gilt leaves around rim and medallion w/center leaves in pinwheel pattern, circled by tiny red stars and ring of gilt.
Inside features 1/4" band of leaves and flowers w/gilt background.
