Description

Sterling silver haudled, bristle brush for clothes or possible used in a carrigae.. Handle is heavily embossed w / swirled designs and ovals on both sided for monograms: one side is monogrammed, possibly "PWC" ("C" for Cottrell). Side has silver marks which appear English. Brush has ring handle at top.

Use

Used by Cottrell family of Garfield Rd. of Mentor. OH.
