Child's white cotton, matelasse' cape with flannel backing. Cape has very wide collar that has a red cross-stitched "R.C." on lower left front. Cape appears to have been made from a bedspread; it has rather unusual seaming/piecing. Both cape and collar are edged in eyelet with square holes.
