Fold-over, hard cover needle-case in brown w/decal of tan fern leaves. Lined inside w/brown silk w/pocket on each side. Centered w/white wool piece for needles held w/pale blue ribbon. One pocket has small calling card of "Mrs. M. Spackman, P.R.R." Other pocket has a hand written note to a "Mrs. M."
