Was submitted at Regular Election November 6, 1962; Effective January 1, 1964. (3 copies) In one booklet is also an "Official Questions and Issues Ballot, Painesville, Ohio" proposed charter amendments - general election November 6, 1973. And a copy Ordinance No. 1870 - ordinance providing submission to electorate of an amendment to the charter of the city of Painesville Municipal Income Tax providing a limit without further vote of the Electorate. In upper right hand corner is written "Special Election, July 1, 1970. On left hand side in pencil is "passed May 15, 1970.
