Joe Chuka was the donor's grandfather. Joe worked at Storr's & Harrison's Nursery than at Kohankie's Nursery as a Horticulturist. The family was from Hungary. Joe and his family lived in "tenant" housing for Storr's and Harrison employees on Bowhall Road. Later they bought the house from the company.
