Gilt edge with beading and flowing design.
Bottom has "LIMOGES/B. & H./FRANCE" in circle & "LIMOGES" underlined with "FRANCE" below - both stamped in green.
Also has "E-A-THOMAS/XENIA, OHIO" in circle stamped in red.
