Jury Summons - December 22, 1873. Summons six men to serve as jurors (Stephen Storm, Herculas Carroll, Alfred Morley, Nelson Makepeace, Benjamin Markell and Enos Metcalf) in the case of John N. Jacobs vs Gilbert Steward. Constable Joe Curtis notes on the back that he personally delivered this summons to each of the men. Made by Judge Harmon, Kirtland, Ohio Dimensions: Height 3" Length 8" (Donor form and temporary custody report - receipt No. 401 are attached to 2013.112.001)
