Summons document - June 17th, 1871. Commands the Kirtland Constable to summon Peter Koon to court for the case of Wheeler & Phelps vs Peter Koon. Note on the back by Constable Green saying that the defendant was outside of his jurisdiction so the summons could not be delivered June 19th, 1871. Made by Judge Harmon, Kirtland, Ohio Dimensions: Height 3" Length 8" (Donor form and temporary custody report - receipt No. 401 are attached to 2013.112.001)
