Summons document - October 25th, 1873.Summons Mrs. Jane Carpenter and Augustine Carpenter, Administrators of Solyman Carpenter's will to court facing D & A. Damon, who claims Solyman Carpenter made a promissory note to him before he died. Note on the back from Constable Curhs informing that the summons was delivered to Jame Carpenter but not to Augustine who was out of his jurisdiction. Made by Judge Harmon, Kirtland, Ohio Dimensions: Height 3" Length 8" (Donor form and temporary custody report - receipt No. 401 are attached to 2013.112.001)
