Mid-blue, long silk dress has 3/4 length sleeves edged in 2 1/2 - 3" gathered net. Dress has a gathered Bertha collar and a pleated net yolk finished in a high boned neck. Small black French knots decorate the shoulders, cuff of sleeves and down the front. Skirt has embroidered fold down the front.
