Maroon velvet and chiffon 3/4 length dress with biege lining v-neck. Waist band has 2 strips of velvet and 1 of chiffon. On left side it has a 3 rhinestone (large) and brass pin sewn on. Bottom half of dress is velvet. Top is chiffon with velvet along neckline and cufffs of sleeves.
