Description and Notes: The house is a two story, four bay wide dwelling in the Italianate style. The first story has three bays with a central doorway. The windows are thin and span the same height as the door. There is a porch that spans partially across the facade with square posts supporting the shed roof. There are lace like brackets that border all the posts, making the porch more Folk Victorian in style. The fourth bay is a single story addition that is recessed back front the facade. It also has a porch in the Folk Victorian style.
The second story has three evenly spaced 1/1 windows. The hip roof has brackets below its eaves all the way around the house.
The house has since been demolished by Richard Osborne Sr. and has remained an empty lot since.
