Description and Notes: The dwelling is a single story with a side facing gable roof that was constructed in the Georgian style. The central part of the facade is the main entrance. Two bays with a single window protrude out slightly from the facade, bordering the door to create a small porch with a shed roof.
There are curtain windows on the facade to the right of the main entrance that protrude the same distance from the main facade as the central bays; this portion also has a shed roof but it is a steeper pitch than the central portion.
