Description and Notes: Base on a copy of a July 1933 page in Better Homes and Garden, the house was originally a Folk Victorian dwelling. It was an upright and wing with three central bays being the upright portion of the house. Out of these three bays the right most bay was the main entrance and the other bays were French doors. There were two 6/6 second story windows and a porch spanned this entire portion.
The right wing had a single 2/2 window which was centrally placed. The left wing is recessed further back and had a single bay porch with a second story window above it.
The magazine shows the house was remodeled. The front porch was removed, a decorative lintel was added over the main door, and lattice work was added to the right bay.
The house has since been demolished and the file does not contain a photograph of what the house looked like.
