Description and Notes: This one and half story dwelling is a mix of Adam and styles. The Adam style is present in the one and a half story brick structure with the three bays. The bays have a plain lintel across all the windows. The three bays on the front facade are a central door that has a small porch with a plain cornice supported by square posts. The windows are both 12/12.
The side of the house is where the Spanish Mission style is present. The walls rise above the eaves of the roof.
