Description and Notes: Owners: Theron Knouff, 1920 - Eric Knudson, 1967 - Lehman, 1967 - Joseph Turkall, 1971. Has a list of changes and additions to the home through the years. There is a note that Mildred Knouff visited the home in 1980. Told Mr. and Mrs. Turkall house was built in 1912; but Lake County, Ohio Parcel listing shows 1920.
This two story Folk Victorian style house has an asymmetrical facade. The main portion of the house has a single picture window that is part of a bay. Above it are two eight over eight windows. The gable has some decorative spindle work. There is a small single story portion right next to this which has the main entrance way into the house. The front door is bordered by sidelites and lanterns. The roof of this small area has brackets, which do not support anything.
The house also has a garage connected to it which was constructed in 1972. The rear of the house at one time had a porch, but that rotted away and was replaced with a brick addition in 1975.
