Description and Notes: Originally was used as a school. Name of structure at that time was Perry School No. 6.
This story and a half, cross gable roof, three bay house is Eclectic in style. The house draws upon multiple styles. The first story has a slight projection with a large picture window. This is bordered by two nine over nine windows. On the second story are two one over one windows paired together and centered over the picture window.
There is then a recessed portion to this house which has tall three over one windows on the first floor and one over one windows on the second story.
The side of the house has the entryway with a covered stoop as well as two windows on that side. The second story has two front gable dormers with a single window in them.
