Status: Record Updated Street Address: 4079 Kirtland Road City: Willoughby Current Owner: Robert R. Simon Original Owner: Erastus Harrington LCHS ID #: 367 Year Built: Between 1863 - 1866 Builder: Unknown Architectural Style: Farm remodeled to Folk Victorian Architect: Unknown Description and Notes: Some photographs, history, layout, etc. The two and a half story, asymmetrical Folk Victorian was remodeled from an existing farm house. The roof is cross gabled with the front facing gable having two evenly spaced windows on the first floor, a paired and centered window on the second, and a small square window on the third story. There is some spindlework right under the gable. The side gable portion of the house recesses some. The main entryway is hidden by a single story front porch with a hipped roof. This area is enclosed and was likely a more modern addition to the house. The second story has an off centered single window. There are two chimneys, one almost in the center of the side gabled roof and the other on the exterior of the same portion of the house. Behind the house appear to be two single story additions, both different heights with hipped roofs.
