One piece Edwardian style with 2-1/2" ribbon at high waist line: skirt is made of two layers., top layer is 13" from waist to bottom. Bottom layer is 23" L from waist, top features round neckline and elbow length sleeves.
Dress has 21' long hook and eye closing in back.
Over all dress is crewel embroidery on net with crocket buds on 2" asymmetrically panel down front of dress may have been 1996.Use
