Lady's black velvet mourning hat is heart-shaped and has a decorative band of various sizes of jet beads. In front at top is a double velvet bow with two blush colored gros grain bows and decorative beaded threads. Hat has velvet ties and fine chiffon veiling. Hat has drawstring cotton lining.
